What we collect
The contact form sends us the name, email address, and message you type; nothing else. The newsletter form submits your email address directly to Mailchimp, our email platform. This site sets no login cookies and has no user accounts.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general region, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and never sold.
Member directory
Member listings show name, membership year, business, and photo, sourced from our club records. Members can opt out of the public directory at any time by telling any club officer.
Third parties
Registrations, donations, and applications happen on external platforms (Stripe, steakcookoffs.com, Google Forms, DACdb), each governed by its own privacy policy.
Donations
Gifts are processed by Stripe on their own secure page. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by the club. We keep a record of the amount, the fund you chose, and your name and email address, so that we can send you a receipt.
Friends of the Foundation are listed by name on this site unless they ask not to be, which you can choose when you give. Giving levels are shown grouped, never itemized, and email addresses are never published.
